Making decisions based on the best information requires well-founded facts and figures that blend with reliable calculations. The profitability calculation is more than a standardised residual appraisal or income and costs calculation. The profitability calculation should also be a comparison of your options that ignores any emotional or other ties, but includes the actual legal as well as any tax-related circumstances. It is often obtained by the residual value method in realistically compared scenarios.
