Analysis of the market in general, locally and the micro situation as well as researching the type of property in the context of the specific project, is essential "homework" that needs to be done for any property investment. In order to be sure of always making the right investment decision, it is important to compare individual preconceptions with the factually established details. The site and market analysis can be defined as an objective, systematically structured, expertly and methodically based investigation of the spatial and market conditions of a property investment. This includes the collection and evaluation of a wide range of information on a property with regard to its location (including the surrounding area), the user market (including demand) and the property market. The aim is to identify the optimum possible uses for a specific location, or to quantify and qualify the opportunities and risks.

Portfolio analysis

The optimum portfolio development and adding value to existing properties have been the core tasks and aims of our company ever since we first started in 1919. In addition, we offer a growing number of special consultancy tasks: on refurbishments or pre-developments, on the concept and preparation of disposition scenarios or on the sustainable increase of income from current properties. We also provide support with urban development projects, competition and development scheme procedures, and develop individual marketing strategies. Bidding processes, portfolio analyses ahead of acquisition/disposition and the sourcing of financing or co-investors are other services with which we advise and satisfy our clients from the outset. 

We will also analyse and check your portfolio for its strengths and weaknesses, risks and opportunities as a separate service. Together we will establish whether your portfolio is a suitable match for your aims and requirements or develop possible actions for your further decisions.
